Management Recruiters of Wausau has been around since 1980 in the Wausau area. The current owner, Laurie Prochnow, has owned the business since 1994. Our focus and commitment have allowed us to grow by 43 percent in sales volume over the last five years. We consistently rank in the top 50 out of more than 1,100 franchises worldwide of Management Recruiters International, placing us in the company's top 5 percent and earning us President's Club recognition in each of those years. Our new associates have earned Rookie of the Year recognition from Management Recruiters and CompuSearch. And in 2004 we earned recognition from the Wausau Chamber of Commerce as a Small Business of the Year. One of Laurie’s long-term goals is the transition and continuation of the business in the central Wisconsin area.
