A growing community bank is looking for an Agricultural / Commercial Loan Officer. They are a TOP-rated and well-respected multiple location bank that has a very strong presence as they have been in market for decades. Job Summary:
– Manage an existing Agricultural & Commercial loan portfolio as well as develop new business.
– Provide outstanding customer service to effectively help clients achieve their financial goals.
– Be active in and support the community.

Qualifications:
– 3+ years Agriculture & Commercial lending experience.
– Solid business development, analytical, and credit skills.
– Ability to communicate with clients and coworkers/management in a professional, personable, and confidential manner.

Compensation: $55,000 to $85,000 (depending on experience) plus Bonus
