$50,000 to $90,000 (depending on experience) + Bonus

Our client has engaged us to assist them in filling their Agricultural Loan Officer position. They are TOP-rated, well-respected, and extremely stable. They pride themselves on their outstanding service to customers and timely results as decisions are made locally. They provide very competitive base salary, bonus, and benefits package. Position is available due to retirement.

They prefer experienced Ag Lenders but will consider Junior level Ag Lenders. If you have management experience, this position has potential to lead lending and support staff.

Job Summary:
– Manage an existing Agriculture loan portfolio as well as develop new business.
– Provide outstanding customer service to effectively help clients achieve their financial goals.
– Being active in and support the community.

– 2+ years Agricultural lending experience in the banking industry.
– Solid business development, analytical, and credit skills.
– Ability to communicate with clients and coworkers/management in a professional, personable, and confidential manner.

Compensation: $50,000 to $90,000 (depending on experience) + Bonus
