A 5 star rated, profitable, and respected community bank is looking for an experienced Branch Manager / Ag Lender to join and lead their dynamic team. This bank offers a very competitive base salary, bonus plan, and benefits package. Position is open due to upcoming retirement.
• Ensure efficient operations and financial results of the branch.
• Will inherit loan portfolio and responsible for managing existing relationships as well as developing new business.
• Must be able to guide, coach, and motivate team members in addition to managing and building customer relationships.
• Successful candidate must have banking experience in a leadership role as well as 4+ years Ag Lending experience along with good credit / underwriting skills.
• Be involved in and support the community.
