Job Summary:
• Provide leadership and strategic guidance to the Lending Department.
• Provide support and direction regarding loan policies and procedures to ensure the overall quality of the bank’s lending portfolio is essential.
• Ensure team of Agricultural and Commercial Lenders has necessary training, knowledge, and tools to provide customers with high-quality and professional services.
• Manage an existing Agricultural and Commercial loan portfolio and develop new business relationships.
• Provide outstanding customer service to effectively help clients achieve their financial goals.

• Agricultural & Commercial lending and management / leadership experience.
• Solid business development, analytical, and credit skills.
• Ability to communicate with clients and staff in a professional, personable, and confidential manner.
• Being active in and support the community.

Compensation: $100,000 to $125,000 (depending on experience) + bonus
