Our client has engaged us to fill their Community Bank President position. They are a highly-rated and well-respected multiple location bank that has a strong presence as they have been in market for decades! This bank offers a very comprehensive base salary and bonus plan, outstanding benefits package, and other exciting perks!

Job Summary:
• Ensure efficient operations and financial results of the branch.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Lenders.
• Will inherit Agricultural & Commercial loan portfolio of approximately $40 million and responsible for managing existing relationships as well as developing new business.
• Ensure staff has necessary training, knowledge, and tools to provide customers with high-quality and professional services.
• Be involved in and support the community.

• 7+ years Agricultural & Commercial lending experience along with credit and business development skills.
• 5+ years management / leadership experience.
• Ability to communicate with customers, team, and management in a professional and personable manner.

Compensation: $90,000 to $130,000 (depending on experience) + bonus plan

Relocation packaged provided.
