I have been with Management Recruiters International since 1995. Prior to joining MRI, I spent most of my career with a Fortune 500 food company in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
I recruit in the beverage, consumer products, and food manufacturing industries and specialize in placing Senior Management candidates.
My philosophy is very simple. I listen to my clients to understand their needs and expectations. I present them with top quality candidates every time without exception. I take pride in building longtime relationships with my customers and exceeding their expectations.
I get to know my candidates both professionally and personally to ensure they are a good fit for my client. It gives me great satisfaction making a difference in a candidate’s life as well as enhancing their career.
