Shilo is a Talent Scout for the banking industry, or as she likes to refer to it as, “Professional Matchmaking!” She is responsible for identifying quality candidates for a variety of banking positions ranging from Lenders, Credit Analysts, Trust Officers, Market Presidents, Branch Managers, and CFOs throughout the Midwest.

Drawing from her Family Life Education degree earned at UW-Stevens Point and Social Worker background, she tends to examine all aspects of the candidate’s life and takes it all into consideration such as: family, lifestyle, and personal preference when matching them with a position. She finds that her candidates appreciate this approach because they are assured that she is paying attention to their specific needs and requests when presenting them with opportunities.

She is not just selling a job; she is helping her candidates design their dreams. Whether they desire a higher salary to afford those dreams, a chance at leadership to advance their career, or simply moving them closer to their loved ones, she takes it all in and does her very best to assist in co-creating those dreams!

In addition to helping her candidates, Shilo takes pride in meeting and exceeding her client’s search requests. She values finding the right person for the job. Shilo truly enjoys coming to work every day! When you love what you do, it never feels like work! The rare times that she’s not working, you may find her riding her horse Echo or offering basketball advice to her son Joey.
